We are working hard to accommodate all clients and ask that you do honor your appointment made as we will be enforcing our cancellation policy. For cancellations made 24hrs from the appointment there will be a 50% charge of the service booked, and for same day cancellations/no shows there will be a 100% charge of the services booked. If you are sick or presenting with any flu-like symptoms, we ask that you please call as soon as possible to cancel your appointment.
